We’re looking for a Media Project Manager to serve as the bridge between our strategy, planning, and buying teams. This role ensures that paid media campaigns are launched accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll translate strategic intent into clear project plans, track deliverables, manage communication across internal and external partners, and keep our entire media engine running smoothly. You are a master of expectation setting, ensuring that both the internal team and client team remain in alignment regarding deadlines and deliverables.
You’ll work directly with our Strategy team on client calls, help translate client needs into internal briefs, and ensure our media planning and buying teams have the clarity and assets needed to execute. You’re comfortable supporting the development of deliverables, creating presentation deck frameworks and client-facing project roadmaps to support the strategy team. This is a hands-on, detail-obsessed role that lives inside our project management system (ClickUp) to make sure every piece of the puzzle lands where it should.

We’re looking for a Media Analyst to help us turn numbers into action. You’ll dive deep into campaign performance, helping us extract meaningful insights that inform media strategy. Whether it’s click-through rates, conversion data, or audience behavior, you’ll be the one making sense of it all. If you’re someone who thrives in a world of audience data, finding patterns and delivering actionable recommendations, this role will give you the chance to shape how we measure success and ultimately, how we optimize for growth.

The Digital Media Planner is responsible for campaign creation and working with our buying team on optimizations to achieve our strategic goals. The Digital Media Planner will set work with buyings teams to ensure we are setup and launch media buys, see plans through to completion and ensure that campaigns are optimized towards efficiency and effectiveness in achieving KPIs and measurable business outcomes. The Digital Media Planner also supports campaign tracking, helping with things like pixel placement to ensure data is properly tracked and aggregated for campaign reporting.

We’re always on the lookout for curious, cross-channel thinkers who see media as more than just placements. Our future Integrated Media Planner will play a key role in planning, and supporting our buyers in executing, and optimizing media across traditional, digital, and social channels — from negotiating local broadcast and OOH to launching programmatic and paid social buys. You’ll work closely with the accounts and strategists to manage campaign pacing, ensure accurate trafficking and tracking, and adjust in-flight performance toward both effectiveness and efficiency. If you know your way around IOs, DSPs, and ad servers, and love connecting the dots between data, channels, and real people, we want to hear from you.
